All pets at Aspen Village Apartments are taken on a case-to-case basis. All pets must be pre-approved by management. Aspen Village Apartments Management reserves the right to deny your pet application for any reason. All dogs must be potty-trained and, preferably, crate-trained. No cats under four weeks old will be accepted. Cats must be litter-trained. There are certain breeds Aspen Village Apartments will not allow which include, but are not limited to, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Boxers, German Shepherds, Wolf Hybrids (including Malamutes and Huskies), Chows, Akitas, Presa Canarios, and any mixed breed dog with identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breeds. One pet may be allowed per household. Two small dogs or two cats may be accepted at manager’s discretion. All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and receive other vaccines required by law. Tenant will provide proof of each. Pets require a $300 non-refundable fee, plus $35/month pet rent.
